About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Director of Building Operations to join our team at Riverside. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of building operations services across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of building operations services, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead a team of Property Managers to manage the day-to-day operations of our properties, including maintenance, repairs, and capital works.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and effective management of risk.
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to promote excellent customer service and community engagement.
Requirements
">- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the social housing sector.
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field such as property management, construction, or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety legislation, and best practice in property management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
