Key Responsibilities:

As a Stock Admin Assistant at Watchfinder, you will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to resolve issues and improve work practices. This will involve processing daily stock requests and live orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Skills:

Exceptional communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to communicate effectively with your direct team and other departments. Good planning and organisation skills are also crucial, as you will be responsible for managing a fluctuating workload and prioritising tasks where necessary. Strong administrative skills with high levels of attention to detail are also required, as you will be working with inventory data and ensuring accuracy. Intermediate level Excel skills are necessary for completing insight and analysis of stock, and good problem-solving skills are required to fix inventory issues that may cause delays. Understanding of KPIs that achieve success within an online retail organisation is also essential.
