Business Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Business Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced teams in Kent and Oxfordshire.
The successful candidate will provide support to our Senior Leadership Team by scheduling meetings, events, diary management, and creation of meeting agendas, taking minutes, and reporting on actions taken from the meeting.
Key duties include:
- Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
- Coordinating travel arrangements, lunches, and accommodation for Senior Leadership Teams when required
- Point of contact for internal and external communications ensuring queries are directed to the appropriate team members
- Project support when required
About the Role
