Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our team at Progress Schools - Tees Valley. As an integral part of our core team, you will be responsible for supporting approximately 30 pupils on roll. Your expertise in creating a nurturing environment will enable students to reach their full potential. You will work closely with regional and national staff to ensure that every student receives the support they need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Engage learners and support their ambitions through creative teaching methods.
- Develop a positive impact on students' lives by providing emotional support and guidance.
- Hold QTS/QTLS qualification and have experience working in a school environment, particularly in secondary school settings.
- Demonstrate knowledge of alternative provision and dealing with students who require special needs assistance.
- Solve problems effectively and make informed decisions to drive student success.
- Communicate professionally with students and staff to promote a positive learning environment.
- Promote equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values within the school community.
- Manage time efficiently to plan, deliver, and assess lessons.
