About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Administrator to support and assist the Apprenticeships team with the delivery of our Apprenticeship programmes, on-boarding, recruitment and enrolment of Apprentices and general day-to-day administration support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Apprenticeships team, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist with the on-boarding and recruitment of Apprentices, including processing applications and conducting interviews.
  • Support the delivery of Apprenticeship programmes, including coordinating logistics and communicating with students and employers.
  • Contribute to the growth and prosperity of the department by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements
  • General office administration experience and excellent IT skills, including MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • A flexible and proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with the ability to process information quickly and effectively.
