A leading FMCG company is seeking a Senior RGM Manager to drive revenue growth and profitability in the healthcare market.

About the Company

The company is a market leader in the FMCG space, specialising in food and beverage production and owning some of the world's biggest brands. They are undergoing a significant data and analytics transformation and require a Senior RGM Manager to support the Revenue Growth team.

Job Role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth management strategy tailored to the healthcare market, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Analyse product and channel mix to maximise profit margins while meeting consumer needs across healthcare categories.
  • Design and optimise pricing and promotion strategies to drive revenue and margin improvements in healthcare categories.
  • Inform pricing, promotion, and portfolio decisions, ensuring they align with market dynamics and consumer demand in the healthcare sector.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing Strategy, or Commercial Finance.
  • Strong expertise in leveraging RGM levers (pricing, promotion, and mix management) to drive sustainable growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies that drive revenue and margin improvements in healthcare categories.
  • Analytical mindset, with strong capabilities in using data to generate actionable insights and inform business strategies.
