Senior Revenue Growth Manager

We're seeking a talented Senior Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Harnham, a market leader in the FMCG space.

About the Role:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive revenue growth management strategy tailored to the healthcare market, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Develop strategies for promotion management, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, improved ROI, and alignment with healthcare brand objectives.
  • Inform pricing, promotion, and portfolio decisions, ensuring they align with market dynamics and consumer demand in the healthcare sector.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing Strategy, or Commercial Finance.
  • Strong expertise in leveraging RGM levers (pricing, promotion, and mix management) to drive sustainable growth.
  • Analytical mindset, with strong capabilities in using data to generate actionable insights and inform business strategies.
