Job Title: Senior Revenue Growth Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a Senior Revenue Growth Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and profitability for our clients in the FMCG space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy tailored to the healthcare market, ensuring alignment with our clients' business objectives
  • Analyse product and channel mix to maximise profit margins while meeting consumer needs across healthcare categories
  • Develop strategies for promotion management, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, improved ROI, and alignment with healthcare brand objectives
  • Define and optimise price-pack strategies for healthcare products, considering consumer affordability and value perception
  • Inform pricing, promotion, and portfolio decisions, ensuring they align with market dynamics and consumer demand in the healthcare sector

Requirements:

  • Experienced in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing Strategy, or Commercial Finance
  • Strong expertise in leveraging RGM levers (pricing, promotion, and mix management) to drive sustainable growth
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies that drive revenue and margin improvements in healthcare categories
  • Analytical mindset, with strong capabilities in using data to generate actionable insights and inform business strategies
