Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Social Housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business growth strategy to increase revenue and expand our brand presence within the Social Housing sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage existing partnerships and evaluate company business goals to ensure alignment with our growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales plans, targeting key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth within the Social Housing sector.
  • Ambitious and target-focused with a drive to succeed.
  • Displays a client-centred approach and effective communication skills.
  • Highly developed organisational and planning skills, time management skills, and written/oral communication skills.
  • Commercially astute and able to monitor and analyse KPIs.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the industry, sector, and marketplace trends.
  • Influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft package.
