About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Premier Group Recruitment.

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with candidates and clients, staying up-to-date with industry knowledge and market trends, and developing new successful client relationships through networking and cold-calling.

You will also be responsible for sourcing the best talent in your market using networking, headhunting, and selective processes, marketing job adverts, and enhancing your personal brand in your specialist industry.

Our Graduate Recruitment Consultants can typically earn between £30,000 to £40,000 OTE in their first year, with some of our top performing grads earning between £45,000 to £55,000.
