Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in recruitment? Do you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed? Look no further Our client, Virtus Talent, is seeking ambitious graduates to join their team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants.

About the Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting market research, building relationships with clients and candidates, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations.

Requirements

We are looking for graduates with a 2:1 degree (or above) or 1 year's sales experience. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ambitious nature, and exceptional organisational and time management skills. German speaking is desirable.
