Graduate Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Premier Group Recruitment.
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with candidates and clients, staying up-to-date with industry knowledge and market trends, and developing new successful client relationships through networking and cold-calling.
You will also be responsible for sourcing the best talent in your market using networking, headhunting, and selective processes, marketing job adverts, and enhancing your personal brand in your specialist industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Staying up-to-date with industry knowledge and market trends
- Developing new successful client relationships through networking and cold-calling
- Sourcing the best talent in your market using networking, headhunting, and selective processes
- Marketing job adverts and enhancing your personal brand in your specialist industry
- Mastery of the art of selling and negotiating business terms
- Collaboration with your team and growth together by identifying areas for learning and development

What We OfferWe offer a competitive base salary with projected earnings of up to £40,000 within your first year, uncapped commission, up to 40%, one-on-one support from our Senior Management team and Learning & Development department, tailored training designed to unleash your full potential, and transparent and structured career progression, leading all the way to Director level.
We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 23 days annual leave, increasing with each year of employment (up to 28 days), and structured promotion criteria based on hitting performance-based targets.
