Senior Culinary Manager Position

Change Hospitality is looking for a seasoned Senior Culinary Manager to oversee the culinary operations of our flagship hotel in London.

In this key role, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs, coordinating menu planning, and ensuring the smooth execution of food service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel or restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in driving culinary excellence.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of chefs, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent performance and teamwork.
  2. Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements, while maintaining high food quality and presentation standards.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, effective inventory management, and timely resolution of guest complaints.
  4. Maintain accurate records of food costs, labor hours, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a five-star hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant.
  • Degree in culinary arts or a related field, with relevant certifications (e.g., HACCP, Food Safety).
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams, driving sales growth, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and suppliers.
