We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Pharmacist to join our Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Trust in Brighton. As a Specialist Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing a clinical pharmacy and medicines optimisation service to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
Main Responsibilities
This role will involve working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines within the service. You will also be responsible for providing written and verbal information on drug usage, as well as carrying out Medicines Information queries and providing specialist advice.
