National Account Manager
We are seeking a seasoned National Account Manager to join our EMEA Headquarters. This role will involve developing, implementing, and commercially managing key accounts within our Flavour Solutions Business. The successful candidate will have autonomy to make significant decisions and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Full P&L and KPI accountability for key QSR accounts
- Driving and delivering customer engagement & business plans
- Cross-Functional team ownership, accountability, and behaviour setting
- Maintaining a value-added service to ensure successful customer relationships
- Part of a winning team
Candidate Profile:
- Proven commercial experience within branded or own label food preferred BTB or BTC
- Ability to drive valued-added successful customer relationships
- Tenacious attitude to business growth and drive for results
- Proven track record of innovative and stretching growth
- Self-starter who can make an immediate impact internally and externally, building strong networks
- Strong negotiation skills and strategic growth contribution required
- P&L ownership, accountability, and management experience
- Ability to deliver KPIs in a timely manner, also beyond targets
- Strong ability to influence across multiple stakeholders
- Good organisation and time management skills
- A passion for food and good knowledge of the QSR industry
- Degree educated
- Ambition and drive to take on larger and more complex roles through progression at McCormick
