National Account Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned National Account Manager to join our team at McCormick & Company, Inc. This role will involve developing, implementing, and commercially managing key accounts within our Flavour Solutions Business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Full P&L and KPI accountability for key QSR accounts
  • Driving and delivering customer engagement & business plans
  • Cross-Functional team ownership, accountability, and behavior setting
  • Maintaining a value-added service to ensure successful customer relationships
  • Part of a winning team

Candidate Profile

  • Commercial experience >5 years within branded or own label food preferred BTB or BTC
  • Ability to drive valued-added successful customer relationships
  • Tenacious attitude to business growth and drive for results
  • Proven track record of innovative and stretching growth
  • Self-starter who can make an immediate impact internally and externally, building strong networks
  • Strong negotiation skills and strategic growth contribution required
  • P&L ownership, accountability, and management experience
  • Ability to deliver KPIs in a timely manner, also beyond targets
  • Strong ability to influence across multiple stakeholders
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • A passion for food and good knowledge of the QSR industry
  • Degree Educated
  • Ambition and drive to take on larger and more complex roles through progression at McCormick
