Leadership Development Coach Opportunity

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Leadership Development Coach to join our client's team in Bradford. As a Leadership Development Coach, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering leadership and behavioral development activities that drive engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver learning pathways to meet the needs of the organisation and learners at all levels
  • Utilise coaching and mentoring skills to equip, challenge, and support leaders to use organisational development initiatives and tools
  • Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of leadership and behavioural development activities
Requirements:
  • Experience in learning and development, coaching, and mentoring
  • Strong understanding of organisational development initiatives and tools
  • Ability to design and deliver learning pathways that meet the needs of the organisation and learners
