Leadership Development Coach

**About the Role**

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Leadership Development Coach to join our client's team in Bradford. As a Leadership Development Coach, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of leadership and behavioral development activities. Your expertise will help facilitate knowledge, inspire learning, shift behavior, and influence mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design and deliver learning pathways to meet the needs of the organization and learners at all levels
* Utilize coaching and mentoring skills to equip, challenge, and support leaders to use organizational development initiatives and tools
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement leadership development programs

**Requirements**

* Strong learning and development skills
* Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities
* Ability to work in a flexible and supportive team environment
