Job Title: Global Supply Chain Strategist

About The Collective Network:
The Collective Network is a dynamic organization that's breaking down barriers into new technology and sectors. With a growing order book and significant expansion plans, we're seeking an experienced professional to lead our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Head of Supply Chain, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations to meet the demands of our expanding business. This will involve overseeing end-to-end supply chain functions, managing the program management team, and developing and implementing sourcing strategies to meet project requirements and company objectives.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong engineering background or experience in a similar field. You should also have a proven track record in supply chain/logistics roles, with expertise in working with ERP systems. Management experience is essential, as you'll be leading a team of 15 employees. Commercial, analytical, and communication skills are also crucial for this position.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Milton Keynes centre (conveniently located just outside the city centre)
