Job Description

The Senior Head of Supply Chain at Fanatics, Inc. is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain management for the International Sports & Entertainment business.

A successful candidate will have significant experience in manufacturing operations, preferably with highly configurable products, and will be responsible for delivering balanced operating results in the areas of planning, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing by partnering with external partners.

  1. Manage cross-functional planning, procurement, manufacturing quality, and logistics teams in support of International trading card production.
  2. Direct and coordinate supply chain and manufacturing operations functions through strategy, resource optimization, and capacity analysis.
  3. Manage business relationships across a diverse array of print, finishing and packaging suppliers.
  4. Lead vendor qualification and SLA initiative across domestic and international supply chain.
  5. Coordinate manufacturing quality and compliance functions in cooperation with manufacturing partners and licensors.
  6. Develop and implement logistics solutions in support of the growing footprint of operations.
  7. Create, implement, and maintain cost estimation and evaluation tools and provide RFQ process support and analysis to brand and finance teams.
  8. Build strategic partnerships, and overview of capacity forecasting, creation and implementation through partnerships to support international expansion.
  9. Assist in PLM and ERP implementation initiatives.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain management and strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably with highly configurable products.
