Priory Group, a leading provider of specialist adult care services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and autism in our residential care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including housekeeping and personal care.
- Complete accurate and detailed records of resident interactions and activities.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- SVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 6 months of starting the role.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings/nights.
