We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Build Space, a Main Contractor in hyper growth mode.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in estimating and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects ranging from £5m-£25m in value.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the tender process from receipt to finalization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data for estimates.
- Prepare and present estimates to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of estimating software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
