We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team at Build Space, a Main Contractor in hyper growth mode. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in managing tenders and working on high-quality projects ranging from £5m-£25m in value.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the tender process from start to finish
- Work closely with the project team to ensure accurate estimates and timely delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of the company's estimating strategy and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of estimating software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
