We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team at Buildspace Group Careers. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in managing the tender process, producing Bills of Quantities, and evaluating risk and opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the tender process from receipt to submission and post-tender queries
- Produce Bills of Quantities for production and obtain material quotes
- Evaluate returned quotations from the supply chain and liaise with supply chain members to bring quotations in line with project specifications
- Prepare and evaluate risk and opportunity
- Arrange and prepare commercial documents for Tender Handover meetings
- Minimum 7 years of estimating experience
- Experience in Residential, Education, Healthcare, Industrial, and Logistics projects
- Experience with Causeway/Bluebeam software (preferably)
- Degree-educated or similar
- Excellent IT and reporting skills
