Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our prestigious brand at a time of positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business change and transformation from a people perspective, including cultural change and integration.
  • Develop strategic workforce plans, organisational design and development, and ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Lead a small team in supporting across all areas of HR, including Performance, Recruitment, and Learning and Development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Strategic HR Business Partner in a multi-sited, operational organisation.
  • Ability to demonstrate expertise in developing strategic workforce plans, organisational design, and development.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
