Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to provide high-quality care to our service users. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will be responsible for delivering hands-on nursing care, creating and updating individualized care plans, and ensuring the well-being and health of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold a current NMC pin number and be RGN qualified
- Knowledge and experience with administering medication safely
- Be confident in creating and updating individualized care plans and documentation
- Deliver hands-on nursing care to ensure the well-being and health of our residents
- Have an excellent understanding of the standards set by RQIA
