About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Care Professional to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized care plans to residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Administer medications according to policy and procedure.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of resident care.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC Pin.
- 6+ months of nursing experience.
- General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse qualification.
