Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of our residents.
- Oversee the administration of medications and ensure compliance with company policies and legislation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Participate in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services.
- Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence and professionalism within the care team.
