Electronics Quality and Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to join our client's electronics manufacturing business in Hartlepool. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across all aspects of the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain device specifications and reliability reports
  • Review and analyze sub-con failure analysis reports
  • Recommend alternative devices to customers and distributors
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and distributors
  • Handle customer and distributor quality complaints
  • Communicate with manufacturing facilities on customer technical enquiries and quality complaints
  • Respond to customers on environmental and compliance queries, including RoHS, REACh, and other regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with subcontractors on material declaration sheets and paperwork
  • Manage compliance certificates, VDE certifications, and other regulatory documentation
  • Support ESG initiatives and provide general support to the team
