Location: Hamble & North Baddesley, Southampton

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Independent Living Solutions Ltd. As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with medication management, including administration and monitoring.
  • Support clients with meal preparation and nutrition, ensuring they receive a balanced diet.
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and support, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a care or support role, preferably with a focus on female clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Basic knowledge of medication management and administration.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
