About the Role
At Independent Living Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team. As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with medication management, including administering medication as required.
- Prepare and serve meals, as well as assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation, as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and support, including progress notes and medication administration records.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a care or support role, preferably in a home care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Basic knowledge of medication management and administration.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
