Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to enable the lady to participate in a wide range of activities
- Ensure good working practice, including understanding and awareness of health and safety
- Promote independence and develop skills while assisting with all tasks necessary to ensure positive life experiences
- Work positively with other agencies, carers, and other services to ensure person-centred care for the lady we support
- Develop and contribute to the maintenance of records and support plans and function as a Key worker when required
- Support our person to maintain a clean-living environment appropriate to meet her individual needs
- Participate in regular and ongoing training relevant to everyone's needs
- British Sign Language trained to Level 1 or above
- Ability to work in accordance with SeeAbility's values
- Willingness to work on a shift rota basis, covering mornings, evenings, and weekends
