At Two Saints, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our Day Centre. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a welcoming environment for individuals who are homeless or in unstable accommodation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing sound knowledge of local services and signposting clients as their needs are identified
  • Maintaining the Day Centre's daily facilities, including laundry, cleaning, and gardening
  • Providing practical support to clients in the Hub accommodation, including preparing rooms and welfare packs
  • Managing donations efficiently and responding to health and safety concerns
  • Managing difficult situations with clients and providing emotional support

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a passion for working with vulnerable individuals and a commitment to changing their lives for the better. You will also need to have a clear verbal and written English, a polite and assertive manner, and the ability to self-motivate.
