About the Role

SeeAbility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team. As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities or autism, who may also have sight loss. Your role will involve assisting with personal care tasks, administering medication, and accompanying individuals to appointments and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
  • Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Accompany individuals to appointments and activities
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and provide reports as necessary
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times
