About the Job

We are currently seeking a Residential Care Practitioner to join our team at Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council. As a key member of our team, you will work on a rolling rota covering day and night shifts, supporting the needs of our Children's Safe Accommodation provision in Ceredigion.

In this role, you will provide care and support in registered settings, working closely with the Registered and Assistant Manager to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through regular training and development opportunities.

Please note that this role will require an Enhanced DBS check.
