Customer Support Accountant
We are currently looking for an experienced Accountant to join our Support Team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide training to customers by way of outbound calls, both to people who are currently on a free trial, as well as subscribers who request further training
Help customers who are interested in our product, but need more information to decide if it's right for them
Assist the product teams by testing new features or upgrades to existing functionality
Requirements:
Demonstrable practical accounting experience, ideally supported by practical experience
Highly computer-literate and tech-savvy, understanding that online engagement is crucial to the success of our business
Awareness of the bookkeeping and accounting software packages available to small business owners
Excellent communication and customer service skills
