Care Assistant Stansfield Place

The Care Assistant will work in the Stansfield Place rehabilitation unit, providing care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Main Responsibilities- Safe and Effective Care: Provide safe and effective care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Treatment and Support: Treat patients as individuals, engaging with them to understand their needs and providing support to help them achieve their goals.
- Patient Care Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance patient outcomes.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies, ensuring patient information is secure and protected.
