Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and effective care to patients, including personal care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that is tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
- Engage with patients to promote their independence, dignity, and well-being.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
- Participate in staff support groups and clinical supervision to ensure ongoing professional development and support.
Person Specification:
- GCSE (or equivalent) level of education with passes in English, maths, and science, or functional skills level 2.
- Experience in a care setting, developing competencies in basic clinical care.
- Completion of the Fundamental Care Certificate.
- ICT competent.
- PMVA training or willingness and ability to complete prior to start date.
