About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Healthcare Assistant to join our team on Ward A11, a 27-bedded mixed Cardiology Ward.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient care activities under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Contribute to the efficient management of ward resources, including ordering and monitoring of supplies.
  • Support new or less experienced colleagues to adapt to the workplace.

Requirements

  • Currently working or has worked in health or social care.
  • Patient Care Skills, Basic IT Skills, Communication Skills, and Ability to work flexibly.
