About the Role
In this rewarding position, you will work closely with our experienced nursing team to provide exceptional patient care, supporting individuals with their daily needs, promoting independence and dignity. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with patient hygiene and dressing, meeting nutritional needs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will also be responsible for carrying out ward clerical and IT tasks, communicating effectively with the multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the efficient management of ward resources.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, basic IT skills, and the ability to work flexibly as part of a dynamic team. A NVQ2 qualification or equivalent is essential, and previous experience in healthcare or social care is desirable.
