Job Title: Commercial Legal Counsel

We are seeking a qualified Solicitor to join our Group Legal function as our Legal Counsel. This role will be critical in managing legal risk by advising and supporting the commercial team and board during the tendering and negotiation phases of commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising and drafting commercial contracts
  • Negotiating with external parties
  • Providing legal advice on commercial transactions
  • Managing legal risk

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years post-qualification experience in the commercial field
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
  • Knowledge of commercial transactions and commercial law
  • Ability to think creatively and provide guidance and answers
