We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company/Corporate and Contracts & Commercial Lawyer/Solicitor to join our ambitious and high-performing legal team at North Yorkshire Council.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing a comprehensive and efficient legal service to officers, the Executive, full Council, its Committees and Members, and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to the Council and its stakeholders on company and corporate law matters.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct research and analysis on complex legal issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
