We're looking for a skilled Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team at Firstsource Solutions UK Ltd. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Sky customers to promote premium upgrades, broadband enhancements, and retention of existing clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outbound calls to engage with customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Providing personalized solutions to meet customers' needs and preferences
  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and drive revenue growth

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment to meet shared objectives
