About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and leadership to a team of Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs), ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of mental health initiatives within schools, aligning with local and national policies.
  • Deliver targeted therapeutic interventions to children, young people, and families, focusing on low to moderate mental health issues, using approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other evidence-based practices.
  • Design and deliver training sessions for school staff, parents, and other stakeholders on mental health awareness and strategies to support students' well-being.
  • Act as a key point of contact between schools, health services, and external agencies, providing expert advice on mental health issues and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of data to measure the effectiveness of interventions and services, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
Requirements
  • Qualified EMHP with extensive mental health experience.
  • Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and multi-agency working.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
