As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless transactional HR service to the business, working closely with the wider teams throughout the business to further develop and optimise processes, policies, and procedures.

You will also lead and deliver on change-related HR projects, work in conjunction with the Finance Department on employee payroll-related queries, and improve communications to enhance employee engagement.

We are committed to getting it right the first time and ensuring that policies and processes have the required levels of compliance and report any that are not up to date with relevant legislation.

Act as escalation point for ER matters being managed by Operations, liaise with relevant teams regarding employee contracts, payroll, and more, and maintain manual and computerised employee records.

Actioning the maternity, paternity, flexible working, and family-friendly processes, overseeing and actioning the retention and leaver process, and championing and role-modeling GDPR standards across the organisation.
