Our goal is to provide our clients with the best possible talent. To achieve this, we're looking for an ambitious Recruiter who prides themselves on highest standards of client delivery, and their passion for candidate sourcing and engagement.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing every element of the candidate journey from initial outreach through to the point of offer
  • Peer with other recruiters across Alvarium Talent, and our client's organisations
  • Supporting the delivery of multiple hires end-to-end, supporting a diverse set of business stakeholders

We're looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 1+ years' of sourcing experience, ideally in consultancy, professional services, technology (functional), accountancy/tax, or financial services
  • Demonstrable experience building relationships with candidates
  • High levels of proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and use of one or more recruitment CRM/ATS systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build trust, motivate, and inspire others
  • A creative problem solver with exceptional levels of attention to detail
  • Strong team player, able to work collaboratively with others
