Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Mass Participation Fundraiser to join our Public Fundraising Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing our mass participation events and challenges strategy.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our mass participation events and challenges strategy. This will involve:

  • Recruiting new supporters to the organization
  • Growing our base of supporters and unrestricted fundraising income

You will have a proven track record of success in events, direct/digital marketing, product management, or fundraising, with demonstrable analytical skills and experience of keeping and monitoring financial and budgeting reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of mass participation event fundraising
  • Experience of using a fundraising database for effective analysis of direct marketing campaigns and trend giving patterns
  • Excellent planning and project management skills
  • Strong organisational skills and experience of managing a varied workload

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and location.
