Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory and Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory affairs department, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through regulatory complexities and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Drive client success by supporting compliance efforts, assisting with paperwork, and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Represent the company at external conferences, trade shows, and marketing events, expanding your network and contributing to business development efforts.
  • Lead a team of regulatory experts, sharing knowledge, and collaborating to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Assist with registration dossier authoring, chemical safety assessments, and related works.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a degree in a scientific subject, preferably chemistry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including experience working with REACH regulations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in a compliance-related role within a relatable industry.
  • Experience with SAP systems would be beneficial for managing data and generating reports efficiently.
  • Experience working in accordance with ISO 9001 quality management systems would demonstrate commitment to quality and process improvement.

  • Competitive salary: £55-65k per annum (€64K-€76K), depending on experience.
