Job ResponsibilitiesThe primary objective of this role is to ensure compliance with GSK and regulatory standards for EHS, Quality, and Engineering. By leveraging continuous improvement methodologies, the role will drive sustainable enhancements to existing compliance systems and processes, ensuring compliance requirements across engineering are consistently met.
- Oversight of Quality Management Systems and Safety systems within Engineering.
- Management and governance of engineering safety and quality KPI's.
- Leadership and oversight of key compliance areas within Engineering: GES, QMS, Eng Alerts, Legionella, Asbestos, TP13, Technical Authority, Risk Management, Maturity Assessments.
- Ensuring documentation periodic review and retention is managed.
- Steering the department Self Inspection Audit/Management Monitoring program.
- Ownership of the Engineering Change Control and MC process.
- Supporting GMP and safety audits including fronting as required.
- Leading department councils & engineering governance meetings.
- Delivering GMP training as required for the department.
