Job Description

As a Resident Care Coordinator at Barchester care home, you will be responsible for making our residents' lives stimulating and fulfilling. You will lead and supervise our Carers and Senior Carers with the support of a Registered Nurse or Care Practitioner. Your primary focus will be on respecting our residents' independence, privacy, dignity and choice.

You will need senior-level care experience to join us as a Resident Care Coordinator. You will also have supervised others and developed a good understanding of how to provide clinical care for the older person. A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is essential.
